Join Supervisor John Gioia and Richmond City Councilmember Doria Robinson every Thursday at MLK Park for FREE healthy activities, healthy food giveaways, sign your kids up for soccer with Richmond Sol and learn about for activities and services offered by local community groups to help you and your family get in shape and live a happier and healthier life in Richmond!

Take a walk with local doctors and ask them the questions you've been hoping to ask about your health.

Each week we will have different features FREE activities to try such as Zumba, Tai Chi, Yoga, Basketball, Running Coaching, Tennis lessons and more!

Spend an evening with us doing something healthy for yourself and your family...
